I am not a distant expert from a stage. I have led teams in high-pressure work, built and rebuilt, and learned that strategy only holds when the human being can live it.
I help capable people tell themselves the truth, see what is possible, make braver decisions, and turn insight into sustained movement. The client remains the author. I am the fearless partner in the room.
The name Intrepid is a declaration, not a costume. It is not the absence of fear. It is the decision to move toward what matters with fear still in the room.
How I got here
Twenty years leading under pressure. Royal Roads University. DISC accredited. A franchise chapter that is closing, on purpose. Intrepid is the practice that remains: mine, named, and built for people carrying real responsibility.
What I believe
- Clarity before courage. Courage without a True North is theatre.
- The avoided conversation is usually the work.
- Growth that requires self-abandonment is not growth.
- The person, the role, the relationships, and the system are one problem.
