Practice
Courage with direction
Bravery without a True North is theatre. A plan without courage is a document. Intrepid is the combination.
I am not interested in fearlessness as a brand. Fear is information. It tells you the thing in front of you matters. The mistake is treating fear as a stop sign, or treating courage as a personality.
Direction is what makes courage usable. A leader who can name the next honest move, and then take it while the feeling is still in the body, is already doing the work. The rest is practice, not performance.
