Intrepid is not chest-thumping fearlessness. It is the decision to move toward what matters with fear still in the room.
I named the practice that way on purpose. I did not want a word that pretended the work is clean. The people I coach are not looking for a mountain poster. They are looking for a partner who will not flinch when the true thing shows up.
